These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Yours. (the “App”), operated by Private entrepreneur Ievhen Korniiuk, registered in Ukraine (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. App description
The App provides personal finance and budgeting tools for tracking and planning. The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
3. Premium features, payments, and subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
- We do not process payments directly and do not store payment details.
4. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
- You are responsible for maintaining device security (PIN/biometrics) and backups.
- If you use Google Drive backup, you control and authorize access through your Google account.
5. Data and backups
Your financial data is stored on your device. Optional exports/backups are performed only on your request. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device issues, user actions, or third-party services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Private entrepreneur Ievhen Korniiuk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
The App is not financial advice. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
7. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including its design, code, and branding) are owned by Private entrepreneur Ievhen Korniiuk, unless otherwise stated.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the App, change features, or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
